The VBL Group, a fully integrated real estate development and property management business based in Valletta, is looking for a skilled Corporate Administrator to join our team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Handling due diligence, compliance, KYC procedures.

  • Handling statutory and legal documents.

  • Review of agreements, contracts.

  • Management of investors’ scheme, shareholders’ loyalty programme and related.

  • Liaising with external organizations and authorities.

  • Managing corporate and statutory records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Assisting various corporate bodies, committees, in corporate administration and secretarial services.

  • Handling of HR administration.

  • Assisting the Executive Committee and the Executives on various legal, compliance and statutory matters and in fulfilling board duties.

  • Any other related corporate administration duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous 1-3 years of experience in a similar corporate administration position with a local company is a great advantage.

  • Good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Self-motivated and self-confident personality, ability to communicate efficiently with various stakeholders.

  • Eye on details.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • A degree in Law or similar professional qualifications, related to compliance and regulations, is an advantage.

  • Strong formal verbal and written skills.

  • Fluent in English language is a must. Knowledge of the Maltese language is an advantage

  • Confident user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office software environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • A driving licence is an advantage.
