Job Description

Forming part of Bonnici Group, Zrar Ltd. is offering an employment opportunity for an Administrative Clerk based at our office located in Ta’ Zuta, Siggiewi.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling invoicing related to incoming and outgoing materials and consignments.
  • Reconciliation with accounts against relevant invoices.
  • Logging and managing records of all incoming and outgoing information occurring at plant.
  • Generating any necessary documentation.
  • Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the level of this post, as may be assigned from time to time.

The ideal candidate should have / be:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a similar industry would be considered an asset.
  • O’ level education along with ECDL certification is required. A’ level candidates would be considered an asset.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and with minimal supervision forming part of a team.
  • Conversant in both English and Maltese. Knowledge of the Italian language would be considered an asset.
