Job Description

A company within the transport industry is looking to recruit an HR and Administration Clerk within their organisation. The company is one of the leading transport companies in Malta with over 50 years of experience and employs over 40 employees.

The full-time position requires assistance in recruitment and in the handling of human resource administration matters, as well as general office administration work.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising and advertising job vacancies on the company’s webpage as well as on external channels;
  • Processing job applications with the respective authorities;
  • Overseeing application processes;
  • Preparing employment contracts;
  • Ensuring completeness of forms;
  • Monitor HR procedures;
  • Assisting the company’s sales and accounting departments on administration matters.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 2+ years of related experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good IT literacy skills in MS Outlook, Word Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Must be organised, and able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude;
  • Able to multitask and prioritise.
