Job Description

Online Performance Marketing:

  • Writes headlines, copy and chooses photography for ad creative
  • Set up, monitor and optimise online advertising campaigns from start to finish
  • Write ad copy and short form advertorials for new campaigns and test many variations
  • Create / optimise CPC Ad campaigns
  • Create and optimise ads on ad network campaigns
  • Research display ads and copy. Looking for inspiration for new ad angles
  • Monitor and adjust CPC bids on ad network campaigns
  • Analyses web metrics, provides campaign effectiveness reports and recommends optimisations when appropriate to improve media performance
  • Proactively optimise your media buys by adjusting advertisements (creative) and all other levers at your disposal such as: rates, placements, geo-targeting, etc. to ensure that goals are met
  • Manages media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, and optimisation
  • Stays apprised of industry standards and competitors and can create strategies to reach target goals
  • Develops and fosters strong relationships with media partners

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with media buying for minimum 3 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Efficient organisational and time management skills
  • Data driven and research oriented
  • Four year degree required
  • Solid math and computer skills
