Job Description

We are looking for a Content Creator and Marketing Specialist who will handle the overall marketing needs of the company and our clients, to help drive sales and market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing customer acquisition, engagement and retention plans including strategy, goals, budgets and tactics
  • Develop consumer segmentation strategies that can be implemented across all digital marketing channels
  • Create persistent, consistent, and frequent stories that can create a lasting impression among different target audiences
  • Create and maintain a favourable public image for the company by communicating accomplishments and opinions through various media channels
  • Manage numerous clients simultaneously, while optimising towards individual performance goals
  • Build and manage paid search and display campaigns
  • Assist in updating website content
  • Generate insights on customer needs; understand the emotional and rational triggers that can change people’s behaviour and set us apart in a competitive
    landscape
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO / SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

Requirements:

  • The ability to understand corporate marketing objectives and strategically propose solutions to clients’ wants
  • Experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Solid knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics)
  • Solid knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, IG tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Ads and Facebook campaigns (certification is considered as an asset)
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing tools
  • Great communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
  • Able to understand the story behind the data and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics with a love for great results and witty communication
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good understanding of WordPress is considered an asset
