Business admin support clerk will operate as an administrative support to the Enterprise / Corporate / Sales / SoHo Account Executives.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Supporting the Execs and assisting clients to the best of your ability – end to end solutions.
- Issuing trouble tickets and service requests for billing disputes, refunds and network issues.
- Liaison between Business Executives and clients.
- Liaison between Business Executives and other departments.
- Tariff analysis and data mining.
- Handle activations and migrations of corporate accounts.
- Issuing devices and handling stock.
- Be in a position to substitute and support team member tasks
Key performance indicators:
- Must be self-motivated and admin driven
- Must ensure that team SLA’s are adhered to
- Must have good team communication skills
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- High level competence in Microsoft Excel
- High level of analytical skills
- Prior experience in Admin roles will be considered an asset
- Fluent in Maltese and English speaking is a must
