As part of our expansion and development programme, the Company is seeking to recruit a full/part-time Medical Representative.
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team as a Medical Representative. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our well-established company, promoting a range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Actively engage with the local market, visiting pharmacies and healthcare outlets to promote our product portfolio.
- Develop new client relationships while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships.
- Represent the company at brand events both locally and internationally.
- Report directly to the Brand Manager, collaborating closely with other brand representatives to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
- A degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field is essential.
- Strong sales orientation, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute sales and marketing plans effectively.
- Experience in implementing sales strategies, product marketing, sales channel development, product launches, and business development.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent in both Maltese and English.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean police conduct certificate.
