Job Description
We are looking for a junior brand manager to join our Brand Operations team.
V J Salomone Marketing is a leading FMCG distributor. We market leadership brands of superior quality that meet everyday needs. Brands in our portfolio include Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, Always, Pantene, Duracell, Braun, and Crock-pot, among others.
Formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring will be provided. The employment package includes a competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with the role.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of brands
- Ability to deploy market strategies
- Planning and executing initiatives and promotions
- Managing the portfolio’s distribution and visibility
- Develop in-store communication
- Support the Marketing and Sales Teams to deliver set goals
Required profile:
- A degree in marketing or a related field – previous experience in a marketing role is essential
- Passionate about brands
- Possess numeric skills and have strong analytical abilities
- Computer literate and highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications
- Valid driving licence
- Fluency in both Maltese and English
