Vivian Corporation is looking to recruit a vibrant and charming person to take on the role of a part-time Office Assistant / Coordinator within the Food & Beverage division
The right candidate should have the following requisites:
- Motivated to assist the Division Manager with administrative work.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.
- Have an O’Level standard of education or better.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Maltese, English and possibly Italian.
- Pride and Dedication towards this job.
- Capable to work on own initiative.
