Job Summary
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing manager to execute effective marketing strategies. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about marketing and design, possesses strong organizational skills, and is eager to learn and contribute to the success of the company’s marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, photoshoots, videoshoots and website content.
- Helping to manage and update the company’s social media profiles by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.
- Collecting and analysing data from marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Performing administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, issuing purchase orders, requesting quotes, organising marketing collateral, and maintaining databases and mailing lists.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, HR, IT to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and communication.
- Assisting in tracking marketing expenditures and ensuring activities stay within budget.
- Preparing reports and presentations on marketing activities and campaign performance for senior management.
- Ensuring consistency in branding for the different business units, messaging, and user experience across all online channels.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Photoshop is considered a plus.
