With the continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Credit Card Specialist to become an integral part of our team in Malta. Your Responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s corporate and purchasing card programs such as the issuance, renewal, and modification; cancellation, records retention, and distribution lists; compliance issues and user support.
- Controlling and processing of credit card reports, helping in out-of-pocket expense report processing; ensuring an appropriate level of authorization, timely processing, expense compliance, and accurate general ledger / cost center coding.
- Render support and training to cardholders, and other departments to assist them with questions and concerns relating to corporate and purchasing card transactions and policies.
- Resolving queries from suppliers and internal colleagues.
- Additional finance tasks as distributed by the Management team.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Experience working in an Accounts department, ideally in an accounts payable and credit card role.
- Highly organized, with excellent communication skills and relationship building.
- Able to work in a highly pressurized, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- SAP experience is beneficial.
