Minimum requirements:
- IT-related certifications and / or academic background.
- Experience as an IT professional.
- Analytical, troubleshooting and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude to problem-solving.
- Capacity to resolve critical network, software, and hardware issues in a time-sensitive manner, cognizant of requisite service levels.
- Windows networking and desktop support.

Role’s responsibilities:
- As an IT Support Administrator, you’ll be part of the Infrastructure and Security department which is responsible for the 24/7 technology operations of Videoslots.
- You’ll be responsible to install, configure, diagnose, repair and upgrade computer systems.
Your main tasks will be:
- Act as the first line of support to end-users.
- Document technical issues and solutions.
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade hardware / equipment / security systems .
- Manage end-user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best practices .
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure systems and server, and workstation patching .
- Administer physical and virtual servers with Windows Server 2012.
- Manage the physical environment of the server racks.
- Monitor and maintain networks to ensure security throughout the infrastructure.
- Manage an access control system.
- Maintain an asset inventory system .
- Maintain server asset management.
- Manage spares and stock levels.
