Job Description

Urban Valley Resort & Spa in Kappara, opened its doors in recent months positioning itself in the 4-star superior segment within the Hospitality Industry. We are now looking to grow our management team by having on board a Front Desk Manager.

As a front desk manager your department is the first and last impression that a guest has of our resort, hence the importance of your role. You will be guiding and supporting a team of front liners who we consider our ambassadors for our resort in ensuring the delivery of a great service with a smile.

We are looking for an energetic, fun-filled individual holding leadership qualities, aspiring to achieve personal professional growth and having a sense of satisfaction in accomplishing goals and reaching objectives. The Front Desk Manager will be expected to be both an example to others and a point of reference to the team. S/he will be responsible for ensuring that the guest’s journey is a memorable one!
