Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer I/II/III to join the User Support or Learning Spaces Support team within the University of Malta IT Services.
The User Support team supports desktops, laptops, mobile devices, telephony, printers, scanners and standard productivity applications. The selected applicant will provide first-line support services.
The Learning Spaces Support team supports data projectors, LCD screens, sound systems and microphones, document cameras, videoconferencing and lecture capture equipment in lecture rooms.
