Job Description
Our team is growing, and we need a full-time Supply Chain Clerk to join our team.
The job entails:
- Communications with clients and suppliers,
- Liaising with shipping companies to organize logistics and freight,
- Issuing of quotations and orders,
- Assisting the Business Managers with Suppliers and clients,
- Following up with the Business department,
- Assisting the Supply Chain Manager with admin / office tasks.
Education
Minimum O’ level standard of education, excellent organisation, communication, and office skills, multitasking capability, ideally knowledge of shipping and importation procedures and regulations, proficiency in English, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the Maltese language will be considered an asset.
