Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Company’s brand and strategy agency whilst liaising with other external stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Work with internal teams and with our external partner to align project objectives and expectations.
- Assist with branding projects from gathering production, printing and execution.
- Coordinate with partner agencies on social marketing plans and post-group communications on various platforms whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
- Proof read documents, assist with amendments and updates, and ensure clear and effective communication across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic record with relevant educational qualifications.
- 3 years’ experience in a marketing role overseeing different brands.
- Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in Maltese is also desired.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well both within a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
