We are currently seeking to recruit an energetic Operations Assistant to work on a full-time basis with our Property Administration team in a lively environment at Portomaso.
The selected candidate will assist the Administrator in maintaining the Portomaso Complex in top condition.
Main duties include:
- Assist in the administrative work carried out by the department and liaise as necessary with other parties within the company.
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with owners with the aim of offering excellent customer service.
- Monitor the completion of works carried out within the complex and report as necessary to the Administrator.
- Provide administrative support to the team as may be needed on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties as may be required from time to time for the proper operation of the complex.
The role calls for a person with the following characteristics:
- Excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and owners.
- Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent organisational and strong attention to detail.
- Willing to work in a team environment.
