Tumas Group is seeking to recruit an Administrative Clerk to join the Maintenance department on a part-time basis.
The selected candidate will perform standard office duties including answering phone calls, inputting, filing and scanning.
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Able to work effectively in a team;
- Good verbal and written communication skills including fluency in Maltese and English.
Previous experience in an administrative role will be considered an advantage.
