TTI International Limited, a 100% subsidiary of the Austrian TTI Group, is based in Malta and is responsible for all the group’s international operations. TTI International Limited recruits and provides customized specialist manpower solutions to all industrial sectors, both in Malta and internationally.

TTI International is seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual with some commercial and recruitment experience to work as an International Recruitment Consultant directly in our offices in Malta.

As an International Recruiter Consultant at TTI International Limited, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent from around the world to join our diverse and multicultural team. Your responsibilities will encompass full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and offer negotiations. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks, to identify potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of international talent to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with our Clients
  • Ensure a smooth interview process for both candidates and interviewers
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by offering timely feedback, clear communication, and guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with offer negotiations within the recruitment process
  • Stay informed about international employment regulations and ensure that all recruitment practices align with local and international laws
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in international recruitment, with a strong understanding of global talent markets (ideal)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Multilingual skills and knowledge of different cultures are a plus
  • Knowledge of international employment laws and regulations
  • Living in Malta or willing to relocate
