Job Description
Tribelli at the Valletta Waterfront is looking to recruit a motivated Chef / Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced environment!
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
- Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes.
- Put effort into optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
Fluency in English is a must. Fluency is Maltese is considered an asset.
Tribelli is an establishment located within the Pinto Wharf Stores at the Valletta Waterfront featuring a unique blend of Mediterranean cuisine.
First preference will be given to EU and Maltese citizens.
