Job Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist to monitor and manage Human Resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow established HR policies and procedures
- Maintain proper and complete HR records
- Handle all the company’s HR inquiries
- Responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition
- Liaison with Identity Malta for work permits application submission and processing
- Support in establishing a conducive culture
- Keep abreast with applicable employment legislation and compliance
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management
Candidate Profile
- Education:
- Degree in Human Resources (or other relevant certification in the field)
- Experience:
- Proven track record as an HR specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Skills:
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
