This position’s main function is to assist the Service Express Manager in the overall operation of the Service Express department, whilst ensuring that all incoming calls and requests within the call centre and room service are attended to in a way that exceeds guests’ expectations and in accordance to Westin brand standards. Other responsibilities include the smooth running of the business centre, supervision of the Doormen and Reef Gate during the summer months.

- In possession of a diploma in Hospitality / Accommodation Operation / Restaurants and Bars Operation or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience within the Hospitality Industry
- Outstanding communication skills including fluency in English and in other languages
- Leadership skills
- Proficiency in the use of computer and preferably knowledge of Opera
