We are seeking to recruit a Receiving and Administration Clerk.
In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
- Receiving of all items (food, beverage, disposable, stationery, maintenance and non-inventory) as required and ensuring correctness of all supplies, including reconciliation to approved purchase orders.
- Daily inputting of invoices – food, beverage, disposables, maintenance and stationery into the accounting system.
- Daily follow-ups of credit notes and making sure these are cleared in a timely manner.
The chosen candidate must be a team player and should be ready to perform any other duties depending on what is required on the day.
