A vacancy (part-time and can have flexible hours) has arisen with The Preluna Hotel for a Purchasing Clerk to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and comparing the best products at the best prices.
- Placing timely orders with suppliers specifying accurate pricing, amounts, best qualities and delivery date.
- Following up on undelivered orders.
Ideally, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Maltese is preferred. Knowledge of English is a must.

- Able to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Be organized and possess an eye for detail.
