Job Description
We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team.
The main position responsibilities include:
- Maintain, develop, and optimize the brand’s existing social media platform strategies, including establishing a new brand presence on emerging platforms.
- Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, growth, and engagement performance across all brands.
- Create and review organic social media content, as well as social media campaigns, ensuring traffic and growth targets are set.
- Implement and manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Analyze and interpret key data into actionable insights for all content stakeholders and assist in managing all social media platform relationships (Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok).
Job requirements:
- Three years of professional content curation and Social Media Marketing experience.
- Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences.
- Sound knowledge of key tools including Facebook Business, Facebook ads manager, Google Analytics etc.
- Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions; tends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming settings.
- Spends his / her time and the time of others on what is important; quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks; creates focus.
- Has abilities which allow it to collect, organize, visualize, and assimilate data. Able to see patterns, draw conclusions, and find solutions.
