Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression for all visitors.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information on attractions, pricing, and special offers.
- Assist guests with smooth check-in processes for various attractions and manage reservations for parties and events.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns with care.
- Accurately process ticket sales, reservations, and payments using our point-of-sale system, ensuring proper documentation and financial procedures.
- Coordinate group bookings and special events efficiently, collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, monitoring the lobby for cleanliness and promptly addressing any issues.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking swift resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless assistance and exceed guest expectations.
- Actively promote additional attractions and upsell premium services to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security measures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of customers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
