Job Description

The Company
Established in 1978, Technoline Ltd is a Company synonymous with the supply of hospital and scientific equipment and specialised solutions for the healthcare and private industry.

Reporting to the Servicing Manager the duties shall include but are not limited to:

  • Updating Technicians’ scheduling planner
  • Updating of system with data retrieved from service reports
  • Follow up on open servicing tasks until completion
  • Upkeep of calibration equipment and tools used by our Technicians
  • Be responsible for the entire process of transferring equipment to our foreign suppliers
  • Other servicing tasks as assigned by the Servicing Manager

Requirements and Skills

  • An O’ level standard of education including passes in English, Mathematics and Maltese
  • Have obtained ECDL qualifications
  • Competence in MS tools
  • Be fluent in English both verbal and written. Knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset
  • Organised and capable of working on own initiative as well as a team
  • Attending to customers’ needs when necessary
  • Have multitasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Be smart and have a pleasant personality
