We are on the lookout for an amazing character who has the drive, charisma and focus to help the company have that cutting edge when it comes to recruitment and training.
The aim of the role is to
- Be responsible and lead the end-to-end recruitment process and work closely with the management team to select, assess and interview applicants.
- Assist and support with the comprehensive training cycle for both new recruits and the upskilling of existing employees.
- Work closely with the management team to identify gaps in knowledge and training needs.
- Bring new ideas and new concepts to attract and retain the best applicants.
The ideal candidate should have a demonstrable passion for human resources, coupled with a formal relevant qualification and a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment and training.
