Job Description
We are currently seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join the team.
The role:
- First and second-line support on hardware and software applications;
- Troubleshooting IT issues, proposing solutions and escalating where required;
- Management and configuration of end-user equipment;
- Logical security management and access control;
- Incident and change requests management;
- Follow and report on various monthly KPIs;
- Configuration, maintenance and evolution of IT systems;
- Coordination with various teams (internal and external) on various IT and business processes;
- Management and maintenance of business reports (BI and SQL);
- Local network and server management;
- Generate, maintain and periodically revise documentation related to systems and processes.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a university degree in IT or similar;
- Be fluent in English;
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience in BI and SQL will be considered an asset;
- Experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
The role is hybrid and the applicant must be based in Malta.
