Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a dynamic role that requires an energetic individual who is motivated to work within the Education sector.
The selected applicant needs to be detailed-oriented and has the ability to work well in a team and with all levels of management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage schools programme cycles
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current students’ needs and generating new enquiries
- Attend both local and international educational fairs abroad
- Assist in developing and implementing STC’s brand strategy
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for programme success
- Managing the institute’s website and social platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
- Design and launch radio and video campaigns according to an annual marketing budget
- Supporting students with the visa process as required
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in marketing and sales coordination
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organisation skills, with great attention to detail
- Fluent in oral and written English and Maltese
- Working knowledge of WordPress, design and email marketing software
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Bachelor’s degree or a professional diploma in marketing, advertising, communications or a relevant field
- Experience in the education sector would be desirable
