Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Administrative Executive to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a dynamic role that requires an energetic individual who is motivated to work within the education sector.

The selected applicant needs to be detailed-oriented and have the ability to work well in a team and with all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and organisation of examination arrangements
  • Update the data in the portal in terms of timetables, course contents and results. Make sure that the STC School Management System is kept up to date at all times
  • Create and maintain digital and physical office and student files
  • Liaise with lecturers for all academic needs
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages and redirect calls as required
  • Assist in receiving and preparing receipts for payments
  • Generation and analysis of plagiarism reports which are made available to lecturers and service providers
  • Liaise with academic leaders and welfare officer when the need arises
  • Liaise with marketing department for marketing needs
  • Schedule and attend meetings with students, lecturers or parents, when required
  • Help out with the organisation of school events
  • Printing and scanning
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (school, staff, parents, students, etc.) providing information and advice in line with school programs and regulations
  • Develop ideas to assure a more efficient and fast administrative support
  • Support the Administration and Academic Manager
  • Any other administrative duty that might be assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Good knowledge of Office software applications
  • Proven experience of working within an office environment
