Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic full-time Administrative Clerk to assist our Administration department.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To take incoming calls and direct them to the required department or person
  • Filing and archiving
  • Data input
  • Carry out any other duties requested by the manager in relation to the role. (general office duties, surveys, etc)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dealing with customers at all levels
  • Fluent in Maltese, English and preferably Italian, with excellent spoken and written skills
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have followed a secretarial course

Working Mondays to Fridays, overtime as may be required.
