Job Description

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an Accounts and Administration Officer on full-time basis to complement their Accounting department.

You will act as a supporting member for the accounting department and your daily activities will include; the handling of telephone calls, assisting visitors, filing, managing appointments and daily office schedules, preparing payments, creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing and submitting tax forms, compiling financial records and managing inventory records.

If you have completed your Accounts A’ Level or are looking to embark onto your ACCA/ AAT journey, are fluent in Maltese and English and competent with Microsoft Office Programmes, than this might be the ideal role for you! Work experience is not required for this position, however you should be determined to learn and progress within the industry.
