Job Description
Our Managed Services team is looking for a Support Executive to support various technologies and solutions for our clients. We are looking for a passionate and competent individual.
Skills and attributes:
- Provide 1st line IT technical support, advice, and assistance to clients;
- Support our clients mainly remotely as well as onsite;
- Troubleshoot LAN / WAN issues;
- Monitor and troubleshoot various backup solutions both on-premise or in the cloud;
- Produce and manage client-facing documentation;
- Perform several system checks;
- Execute against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Desired Requirements:
- IT Related diploma or currently studying on a part-time basis for a diploma or degree;
- Preferably hold an A+ Technical certification or similar;
- Be conversant with Microsoft Windows desktops and OSX;
- Basic knowledge of networking equipment;
- Possess good English and Maltese language skills;
- Have good telephone skills and be customer oriented;
- Be a team player with a pleasant and outgoing personality.
