Job Description

Our Managed Services team is looking for a Support Executive to support various technologies and solutions for our clients. ​We are looking for a passionate and competent individual.

Skills and attributes:

  • Provide 1st line IT technical support, advice, and assistance to clients;
  • Support our clients mainly remotely as well as onsite;
  • Troubleshoot LAN / WAN issues;
  • Monitor and troubleshoot various backup solutions both on-premise or in the cloud;
  • Produce and manage client-facing documentation;
  • Perform several system checks;
  • Execute against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Desired Requirements:

  • IT Related diploma or currently studying on a part-time basis for a diploma or degree;
  • Preferably hold an A+ Technical certification or similar;
  • Be conversant with Microsoft Windows desktops and OSX;
  • Basic knowledge of networking equipment;
  • Possess good English and Maltese language skills;
  • Have good telephone skills and be customer oriented;
  • Be a team player with a pleasant and outgoing personality.
