You Will:

  • Be responsible for the company’s acquisition strategy: Welcome bonus, Affiliate, Media, SEM, SEO and PPC activities (online and offline) to meet the company’s targets across all markets and product verticals;
  • Delivery of the affiliate targets in all markets measured on CAC and LTV, and other key KPIs; including scaling of existing affiliates, creating/negotiating deals, and/or adding new affiliates to the programme;
  • Working together with external parties, partners and agencies to execute the digital marketing mix and regular reporting on performance of all key KPIs and market activity;
  • Responsible for performance of the necessary due diligence when onboarding new affiliates, ensuring that new partners meet the requirements; overall responsibility for the onboarding and sales to prospective partners;
  • Responsible for development through finding and creating new projects and business opportunities within the acquisition area to grow the business in a clear and measurable way;
  • Close cooperation with BI and CRM teams to ensure profitable business and best in class marketing assets for acquisition and affiliates;
  • Ensure that all activities delivered is consistent with the brand guidelines.

You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the online marketing industry, preferably in Gaming;
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Proven experience in acquisition and affiliate management and different media, SEO and PPC platforms, both mobile and PC;
  • The ability to build and maintain professional relationships;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Proactive and multitasking personality;
  • Initiative, creative, independent, hands-on style, team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
