Skillcast helps companies to engage employees, inspire ethical conduct and manage key conduct risks with e-learning. We serve courses on topics such as anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, GDPR, cybersecurity, equality and health and safety to over a million users at over 600 companies based in the UK and around the world.

The role of a Client Service Manager requires helping our clients to manage their e-learning portals and all aspects of their e-learning programme.

As an Associate Service Manager, you will:

  • Act as a partner – strike a good working relationship with each client administrator
  • Set up and configure learning portals for clients
  • Add users, assign courses and set up communications (requires working with user databases)
  • Provide support to client administrators and users via email and telephone
  • Train clients on learning portals using webcasts
  • Suggest improvements to client administrators and obtain feedback on our performance
  • Engage clients continually to provide useful information and new release announcements, and learn about their needs and future plans

Experience and Competencies
Experience and competencies that would be useful for this role include:

  • Experience in customer support or tech support in an online operation (ideally business-to-business)
  • Experience with Excel databases and/or CRM (eg Salesforce) and/or HR databases (applying filters, cleaning data)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A calm and pleasing manner on the phone
  • Ability to work with MS Office
  • Experience of working with ticketing systems to prioritise service provision
