Forming part of the Siegfried Group, Siegfried Malta Limited specialises in a high-value and innovative generic portfolio in the solid dosage form range, from bulk to final packaging including capsule filling and highly potent FDA-approved products.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a variety of HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits initiatives, employee well-being and other activities across the employee life-cycle;
- Coordinating the monthly payroll including time and attendance in liaison with our outsourced service provider;
- Managing the HRIT systems and data management in general;
- Assists employees and management with the interpretation and correct application of company policies, procedures and programs while exercising the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity;
- Compiling, preparing and analyzing ad hoc and recurring Human Resources reports and KPIs.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar function or a combination of qualifications and experience;
- Familiar with Indigo software and proficient with MS Office Applications;
- Conversant with employment legislation, related regulations and processes including work permits, IIS etc;
- Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills;
- Must be a self-motivator with the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
