About You:
- You’re skilled at web development, with a passion for building clean, functional, and scalable solutions.
- Detail-oriented but also know when to move fast and focus on what matters.
- You love coding and improving your craft.
- You’re reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently.
- You either live in Malta or are open to relocating here.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Work remotely, with clear communication via Slack.
- Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly code that works seamlessly across multiple browsers and devices.
- Have a sharp eye for detail and ensure your code is scalable and optimized for future growth.
- In-depth understanding of the web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
- Conduct browser testing and debugging.
- Be familiar with (or willing to learn) Figma for design handoff and collaboration.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and multitasking skills.

- .NET Core

- JavaScript / jQuery
- HTML / CSS
- Git
- Design
- Figma – all our designs are done in Figma, it’s important you know how to export from figma and use the tools it provides
- Design – Being a good designer will be considered an asset, knowing how to replicate designs in code is crucial
- Responsive design and a knack for great user experience.
Your Experience:
- You must have prior experience and be able to show us web apps you’ve built.
- Fast and efficient, with a clear understanding of testing (A/B testing, analytics) and a desire to continuously improve both code and product.
- Capable of integrating front-end code with APIs and available back-end code.
- Comfortable with performance testing to ensure code efficiency and stability.
