Job Description

SAK Ltd is currently seeking an Administration and Accounts Clerk on full-time basis to join its team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Recording accounting entries
  • Updating the stock system
  • Updating the nominal ledger
  • Issue of reports that relates to sales and stocks
  • Reconciling the daily takings received from the shops
  • Assisting in the preparation of payments
  • Assisting in administrative duties as may be required
  • Assisting and liaising the shops with day-to-day matters
  • Other general accounting duties may be required

Job requirements:

  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Knowledge of MS Office application
  • Be able to work on his/ her own initiative and in a team player
  • Be conversant in the English language
  • Organized and methodical in all work performed
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience would be considered an asset
