Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time and a part-time Receptionist to assist in general administrative duties and front desk operations in a dynamic environment.


  • Handling phone calls from clients in a professional yet friendly attitude followed with appropriate action;
  • Booking and following appointments for clients and doctors;
  • Writing communications in both email and letter format;
  • Setting up consultation rooms and lobby area;
  • Handling monitory transactions and other secretarial duties as deemed necessary by management;
  • Outgoing personality and confident in assisting clients.


  • Candidates must be proficient in multitasking and must possess a friendly attitude ensuring a positive client experience;
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English is essential;
  • Sound knowledge of basic computer applications including Microsoft Office tools and the internet. ECDL Core certificate would be an asset;
  • Candidates with experience in a similar post would be given great consideration;
  • We shall be looking out for candidates who work on their own initiative.
