We are currently looking for a full-time and a part-time Receptionist to assist in general administrative duties and front desk operations in a dynamic environment.
- Handling phone calls from clients in a professional yet friendly attitude followed with appropriate action;
- Booking and following appointments for clients and doctors;
- Writing communications in both email and letter format;
- Setting up consultation rooms and lobby area;
- Handling monitory transactions and other secretarial duties as deemed necessary by management;
- Outgoing personality and confident in assisting clients.
- Candidates must be proficient in multitasking and must possess a friendly attitude ensuring a positive client experience;
- Fluency in both Maltese and English is essential;
- Sound knowledge of basic computer applications including Microsoft Office tools and the internet. ECDL Core certificate would be an asset;
- Candidates with experience in a similar post would be given great consideration;
- We shall be looking out for candidates who work on their own initiative.
