For our Corporate Office in Valletta, Malta we are looking for an Assistant Manager Reservations (m/f/d) to support our Reservations Department in Munich. We are not looking for the perfect CV, but for a personality that suits us. With us, you will advise our guests so that we can exceed their expectations and ensure that the reservation process runs smoothly.
Duties and responsibilities that will excite you at Ruby, as you will be:
- Handling group enquiries from all our Ruby Hotels
- Developing group quotations and contracts
- Responsible for monitoring and managing group processing in close collaboration with the hotel staff
- Acting as a direct contact person for companies and agencies
- Creating invoices and handling the Accounts Receivable
Get in touch, if you have / are:
- Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
- First experience in the (group) reservations and / or front office department
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- An independent worker with a high degree of commitment and self-motivation
- A high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
- Very good knowledge of ms office and good knowledge of reservation systems
- Proficient written and spoken german and english skills
