People Experience Executive

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a People Experience Executive to complement our existing HR and Administrative function. As the job title implies, we’re seeking to enrol a people enthusiast, whose yearn is to bring the best out of our staff complement.

Responsibilities

  • Setting forth training programmes and development plans for staff, in line with company vision
  • Ensuring that such programmes are integrated within the company, and that managers and senior personnel are familiar with pertinent practices
  • Driving forward the company brand via social media and other means
  • Management of the performance and reward programme
  • Coach and guide members of staff on work matters whilst assisting managers in resolving employee matters
  • Involvement in internal and external projects, particularly in relation to HR and admin projects

Requirements

  • Be in possession of a University degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or a relevant field
  • Hold four years’ experience in an HR role, preferably on areas revolving around training programs and people management
  • Have updated knowledge of Maltese labour-related laws, regulations, Jobsplus processes and industry trends and GDPR
  • Have excellent interpersonal and people management skills, able to obtain information ethically and able to relate to managers and employees in all levels of the business
  • Be self-motivated, reliable with a confident and flexible working attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and a ‘can do’ attitude, driving projects and workflow with minimal supervision
  • Be proficient in the use of MS Office applications
  • Be a strong team-player and pursues excellence in execution
  • Possess good communication skills, able to perform under pressure and have the ability to deal with and solve problems quickly and accurately
