Robert Arrigo & Sons Limited is the biggest independent incoming travel operator in Malta, with over 40 years of experience in the incoming travel sector and more than 3 million travellers to the Maltese Islands.
We are seeking to recruit a full-time FIT Reservations Coordinator to join our growing team.
Your main responsibilities will consist of:
- Coordinating all correspondence both locally and overseas
- Handling reservations and quotations of incoming individual tourists
- Marketing the company both locally and overseas
- Handling VIP visits (such as any familiarisation and inspection visits) and assisting individual tourists with special requirements and / or complaints while on the island
The prospective candidate is expected to be proficient in MS Office and able to correspond in English. Able to correspond in any other language would be considered an asset.
