Rimus Trading Agency is a leading supplier for the catering establishments in Malta and Gozo.
Forming part of the HORECA section within the company we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Sales Executive.
The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our sales efforts.
Main activities:
- Assist the Sales team with order processing, sales reports, and customer inquiries;
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline sales processes and ensure smooth operations;
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and office management;
- Identify and assist management in the purchases of goods, liaise with foreign suppliers and monitoring of stock;
- Prepare and develop marketing material;
- Follow and promote health and safety;
- Perform other duties which may be required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a sales or marketing environment;
- Be an organized person who can motivate and assist his colleagues in achieving departmental goals;
- Capable of developing, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships;
- Be able to work under pressure and to a flexible schedule when the need arises;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- A positive attitude and a passion for contributing to a dynamic Sales team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be considered an asset.
