Job Description
Residency Malta Agency is the Government entity responsible for managing and promoting three residency programmes for non-EU nationals, the Malta Permanent Residence Programme, the Nomad Residence Permit and the Malta Startup Residence Programme.
The Agency is seeking to recruit a Marketing Professional Officer to perform duties within the Corporate Services department.
The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct daily media monitoring in an accurate and timely manner;
- Manage the Agency’s communications touchpoints, including website and social media platforms;
- Aid in the production of marketing collateral, merchandise, and content for internal and external consumption;
- Assist with the drafting and amending of copy;
- Compile monthly marketing reports;
- Support the unit in the implementation of marketing and PR campaigns;
- Perform other marketing duties, as instructed and as necessary.
Eligibility requirements:
- Be in possession of a recognised Bachelor’s qualification at MQF Level 6 (subject to a minimum of 180 ECTS/ECVET credits, or equivalent, with regard to programmes commencing as from October 2003) in Marketing / Business / Management or a recognized comparable professional qualification;
Or
- Be in possession of a recognised qualification at MQF Level 5 in Marketing / Business / Management or a comparable professional qualification (subject to a minimum of 60 ECTS/ECVET credits, or equivalent) with two (2) years’ work experience;
Or
- Be in possession of a recognised qualification at MQF Level 4 in Marketing / Business / Management or a comparable professional qualification (subject to a minimum of 120 ECTS/ECVET credits, or equivalent) with three (3) years’ work experience;
Or
- Have a pass (at least at Grade 1-5, grade C or a comparable level) at MQF Level 3 in six (6) subjects, including Maths, English and Maltese with seven (7) years’ work experience;
- fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English;
- meticulous, with excellent attention to detail;
- able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively;
- flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
