Job Description

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, proficient in Excel and other desktop applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Maintaining and improving on internal processes
  • Good communication / organisational skills and able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and liaise with negotiators, managers and directors
  • Familiarity with real estate listings, contracts and lease agreements is considered an asset

  • Greet clients
  • Filing / basic accounting
  • Organisation of office
  • Phone operation
  • Secretarial tasks
  • Be a team player
  • Be self-motivated and possess problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a level of professionalism and ability to work without supervision
