Job Description
A Technical Compliance Officer ensures that an organization adheres to regulatory requirements. Validate planning applications (new and renewals) and liaise with the relevant authorities to resolve technical issues. Monitor application progress and deadlines, ensuring timely responses to statutory targets.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the submission of relevant documentation and conformity with the applicable regulations of the various jurisdictions in which the Company operates in;
- Formulating and assisting in the development of and / or maintaining processes and policies to achieve the objectives of the company;
- Liaising with different regulators on technical compliance and other certification matters, as necessary;
- Ensuring that any licensing or certification conditions are being adhered to and followed up by the team;
- Being the point of contact (from a Technical Compliance perspective), both internally and externally, in relation to the different reporting requirements;
- Requirements of new licenses, game and studio certifications and renewals, as required by the Company.

- Proven experience in another similar position with the live casino industries (Live Casino B2B);
- Exceptional organizational and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across departments and with external partners;
- Proficiency in the latest gaming systems, with a commitment to ongoing professional development;
- A people-oriented approach, with a track record of effective team management and development.
