RE/MAX Malta is amping up its marketing efforts and we’ve set our sights on roping in some fresh faces to join our small, yet energetic Marketing team. This position is ideal for those of you who are keen to take your professional career in Marketing to the next level – we are looking for individuals who have a passion to grow.

The chosen super-human will be working within the Marketing department and will be working directly with the Marketing Lead and our Content team. The team’s dynamics are based on collaboration, innovation, and ambition – so bonus points if you’re a team player (and also a social butterfly). May we explicitly highlight that this role is not just about social media – rather, the Group’s digital presence: including our website and digital communication channels.

Here are some of key day-to-days:

  • Manage our social media channels portfolio: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Create mobile content to feed the above social media channels – a creative eye in this regard will put in an advantage.
  • Manage the social media content calendars – this includes coming up with creative, engaging ideas that are aligned with our over-arching brand message and leading the execution process.
  • Monitoring and adopting local and international market trends to keep the brand looking fresh – market research is key to helping us make informed decisions.
  • Work directly with our team of Content Creators and Writers to ensure the content’s quality and style meet the expected standards.
  • Creation of monthly reports – skeleton provided.
  • Managing the website’s blog – performing keyword research, title formation, and backlinking.
  • Be involved in the decision-making unit in different stages of the Group’s marketing strategy.
  • Execute paid social media ads and Google ads campaigns – KPIs to be given.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner on all our social media platforms.
  • Participate in the Group’s social events.

And this is what we’re looking for:

  • A can-do, positive attitude – with a strong will to learn.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in this role (or similar) is required.
  • Someone who lives and breathes content – and has a creative soul.
  • Available to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications would be deemed an asset.
  • Superb proficiency in the English language.
  • Have a good understanding of customers’ digital journey throughout different channels.
  • Has experience in creating mobile content such as stories, reels etc.
  • Bonus: If you’re friends with Adobe’s Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop – please note you’ll be at an advantage.
