As Lido Manager, you will be responsible to supervise all the activities being held within the Lido.

This position calls for an outgoing individual having a very positive attitude and excellent organizational communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring employees under direct supervision are properly trained in their duties.

  • Holding training and safety meetings for all employees under direct supervision.

  • Assisting in tracking attendance, balance the cash drawer and making deposits as directed.

  • Ensuring proper operating condition of all equipment.

  • Confidently dealing with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding.

  • Reacting to guest feedback to respond quickly to address areas for improvement.

  • Achieving and exceeding targets and key performance indicators.

  • Other duties as deemed necessary or as required.


General profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fluency in English and another European language.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the Micros system.

  • The ability to work on own initiative and supervise others.

  • Be willing to work flexible hours which may include evenings and weekends.

  • The responsibility for staff punctuality and grooming.

  • Be accountable for the cleanliness of the whole Lido area including cloakrooms.

  • Hold that flair with all the customers leading towards a memorable experience.
