You will be assisting the Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef, with the management of food preparation and production requirements of the hotel, ensuring all food operations provide the highest level of quality. You will ensure that the kitchens are well maintained with food and hygiene handling regulation and all standards are in line with HACCP requirements.
The selected candidate would have previous experience in a five-star hotel, be creative, cost focused, detail oriented and able to work under pressure. Excellent leadership skills as well as a professional disposition are essential. ITS or equivalent qualifications are essential.
